BDV seeks to align with companies that have a proven and stable business model. We look for companies with a unique, compelling and protected niche within their market.
Growing
BDV focuses on brands that have a history of growth and that have multiple channels for continued growth. We are most interested in businesses with revenue growth potential of 10%+ per annum.
Profitable
BDV targets companies who have growing, positive earnings in industry niches with limited exposure to the economic cycle.
